Important Note about Customized Items

Please note that due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customized items. This includes any product that has been printed, engraved, or laser cut with your specific design, text, or images.

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we encourage you to:

  • Review your order carefully: Double-check all details, including spelling, design choices, and dimensions, before placing your order.
  • Request a proof: For certain items, we may offer a digital proof for your approval before production begins.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Support immediately. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.

Non-Customized Items

For non-customized items (e.g., blank materials, generic tools), returns may be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Please contact Customer Support to initiate a return for these items.
