I ordered a custom banner to decorate our air bnb for a bachelorette party. The quality was AMAZING – the letters were super sturdy, and it was packed really well so nothing bent. Plenty of string was included which was so helpful for us. I'm so happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from this seller again the next time i need a fun custom banner.

Letters were great quality and looked great. Only downside was that the edges of all the letters had a black powder residue that got all over my hands as I was handling the letters.

The banner was very well made. I did have an issue that the banner had the word “birthday” misspelled. I also requested it on two lines and it was sent on one line. I reached out to the seller and got assistance quickly. I ended up restringing it onto fishing wire so the string wouldn’t be visible against the backdrop and it was perfect! We did a brown bear brown bear theme and used the color bright gold and it looked great against the colorful streamer background! Would definitely order from them again!
