Great product! Only minor quibble is that some of the sticks were stuck together during shipping- they did come back apart but I worry about the glue lasting long enough

I never write negative reviews, but I am very disappointed. I purchased the cake toppers with the notion that I would be receiving the product within a few days as advertised. I even reached out asking if it would arrive by a certain date. They responded yes, at the very latest. That however wasn't the case. I didn't receive the item until the following Monday after my event. Very disappointed!

The way this was worded I thought I was purchasing six copies of each picture so I chose six pictures so I assumed I was getting six copies of six pictures. I paid $82 and I got one copy of each picture (as a cupcake topper). That feels quite excessive and was not clear at all. I did reach out to the merchant to let them know that I was upset by this and they just told me basically I was wrong. I explained I wasn’t satisfied and they did not respond.

After another Etsy shop messed up my order and didn't respond to requests for help, this shop saved the day at the very last minute, making two sets of toppers in less than 24 hours and overnighting them across the country. Very well crafted from submitted photo. Large enough to make a “wow”statement (2 1/2 inch length from top of pink party hat to bottom of my eleven yr old’s chin, 1 1/2 inch width at widest part of her face).
