Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Custom Paper Props' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Orders and Pricing
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Custom Paper Props. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time you submit your order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of order:
- Credit/Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover accepted via Stripe
- PayPal: Pay with your PayPal account or PayPal balance
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: Available on supported devices
Product Specifications and Artwork
File Requirements
You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets our specifications. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or inadequate file preparation.
Production & Shipping Policies
Proofs
- Proofs are provided upon request
- Orders requesting proofs will not be produced until the proof is approved, which may lead to delays in receiving your order
- Orders may not be modified or cancelled after the proof is approved
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering
- Please contact us with your order number to expedite your request
Production
Orders are produced in the order they are received within the stated production time on each listing, typically 1-2 business days. Please see individual product pages for specific production times.
Shipping
- We ship all products via USPS or UPS
- We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. only. We do not ship internationally or to US territories
- Delivery time is typically 3-7 business days with standard shipping
- For time-sensitive orders, please select an expedited shipping option for guaranteed delivery times
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected

My item got marked "delivered" but I have not received it
Shipping carriers are responsible for marking packages as "delivered." Occasionally orders may get delivered to the wrong location (a neighboring home or business, for example) or get marked delivered prematurely. In either case, please allow another business day for the item to arrive.
If the item still does not show up, please contact us to get a replacement order going for you. We will work with the carrier to file a claim on the missing package while your replacement item is being processed.
My item was sent back to you
Packages may be returned to us by the carrier if:
- The address is incomplete or invalid (missing apartment/suite, incorrect formatting)
- The addressee is no longer there (old address, moved, business closed)
If the order was returned to us due to an issue with the shipping address provided with the order, the customer is responsible for paying the postage on the second shipment. We will send you an invoice for the additional postage.
My shipping address is incorrect but the package has already been shipped
Some packages may be intercepted prior to delivery. Package intercepts may extend the original delivery estimate and incur additional handling fees and postage. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to get it sorted out.
Returns and Quality Issues
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. We will replace or refund any order that is defective or does not match the description of the product. For details, see our Satisfaction Guarantee.
No Returns on Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customized items. For details, see our Refund and Returns Policy.
Claims
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be made within 7 days of receipt. Photographic evidence may be required. We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files or approved proofs.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
You retain all rights to your artwork and designs. By submitting files to us, you grant us a non-exclusive license to reproduce your files for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Responsibility for Content
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custom Paper Props shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Custom Paper Props from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
