The only critique I have is because the product image had the words on different strings, I expected my two word banner to come separate, not all on one line. No biggie.

Versatile decor for party planning

I got my order lightning fast, way ahead of the expected ship-date, and it looks exactly as-pictured. I ordered the dark gold glitter letters, and I was worried it'd shed glitter everywhere-- luckily, whether it's part of the material or just really "sealed," there hasn't been any glitter shed. :) 10/10!

Definitely not “next day.” Unresponsive until formal claim filed, even then of no assistance. $50 paper has not arrived still days after the party, even though seller was aware the delay would mean it didn’t arrive in time. Worst customer service I’ve experienced on Etsy by far.
