Perfect banner! Worked out great and looked great!

They made sure that the banner I ordered was put together exactly how I wanted it.

Definitely not “next day.” Unresponsive until formal claim filed, even then of no assistance. $50 paper has not arrived still days after the party, even though seller was aware the delay would mean it didn’t arrive in time. Worst customer service I’ve experienced on Etsy by far.

It arrived quickly and was exactly as described. It was a total hit for the party and made a cute backdrop for photos!
