the banners are so pretty!! i got a nice neutral color in case we want to use them again. the quality of the letters is very nice and heavy. and they were perfectly packaged, carefully stacked with paper between, to avoid tangled strings/letters. nice heavy cardboard outer packaging too with no waste. couldn't be happier!!
