The items I received were great quality and were delivered very quickly. I received exactly what I ordered and my custom banner was perfect. The lettering is very sturdy and I can reuse it. Love it!

I was a little surprised to see that each letter is distinct and hangs alone and independent on the banner string (in the preview it looks as though the words are connected), but I like the look in general and should be able to rig it to suit my needs.
