Shipped quickly and I love that you could preview your product online! I ordered the matte white letters and they did get a little banged up- there are some visible scratches/marks on them, unsure if it’s from when they were getting made or during shipping when they were pressed together. It’s not a huge deal in this case but I may have ordered a dark color if I had known this would happen!
