The letters are very well done and thick, very good quality. They are loose on the string, and they got a little tangled when I unwrapped them, but it wasn't that hard to detangle. I glued them to the string to keep them in place and that helped a lot with hanging. Overall, I'm very pleased. And they here super fast!
