The graduation banner is exactly as described and is perfect! Customer service is excellent, especially with quickly responding and sending me a replacement order as my original order remains to be lost in the US Postal system (reason for the poor rating on shipping). The replacement order was sent via UPS and received in a very timely manner. Highly recommend using this seller again for any banners for a special occasion!
