the tracking number says it was received at the post office on nov. 25th but never shipped.

Thai was great to work with. He sent proofs a day after I purchased and sent the package the day after I approved. The big faces were a BIG hit for a race. I would highly recommend!

Love the product. I used to make these myself, and I'm happy I found a company that will make these. They are large, but I still really like them. they do have a white border around the photo which I'd prefer they didn't.

Needed these for Senior night football game. They arrived in plenty of time and look great.

The customized cropping with white border around the head was really nice. It is on sturdy "tagboard" style paper and the paint sticks provided adhere well and did not fall off even though I was using the item almost like a fan as the gymnasium was really hot!
