Custom Big Face on a Stick — Big Head Photo Cutouts

Turn any photo into a giant big face on a stick — a custom big head cutout that gets laughs from across the room and steals every picture. Upload a photo of anyone (or any pet), and we print, cut, and mount it into a lightweight, durable photo prop that looks incredible in person and on camera. Also known as big head cutouts, face-on-a-stick photo signs, or head-on-a-stick posters.

Big head cutouts and giant face signs

Big head cutouts, giant face signs, faces on a stick: whatever you call them, it's the same prop. Your photo is printed up to 23" on the longest side, cut to the shape of the face, and held up on a handle. They're printed on heavyweight coated paper rather than cardboard, so they stay light enough to wave through a whole game, graduation or party.

Perfect for any occasion

Big head cutouts are a hit at:

• Graduations & senior nights — cheer on your grad with their face held high
• Birthday parties — surprise the guest of honor with their own big face
• Bachelorette & bachelor parties — the bride or groom's face on a stick is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser
• Sports events & game day — rally the fan section behind one player or the whole team
• Retirement & going-away parties
• Gender reveals & baby showers
• Concerts, rallies, fundraisers & tailgates
• Photo booths & party backdrops

Ordering for a team, class, or group? Big face cutouts are made for it — one face or a whole roster, in any quantity, with volume discounts as you add copies.

Why order instead of making your own

Getting a big head cutout right at home is harder than it looks — photo resolution, background removal, sizing, color, and mounting all go wrong fast, and most people spend more cobbling one together than just ordering the real thing. We do it all for you: professional background removal, proper sizing, and print-shop color, so your cutout arrives ready to hold up and show off.

How it's made

Our big face cutouts are printed on heavyweight coated paper and precision digital die-cut, so they're lightweight and durable — sturdy enough to last the whole event and keep as a keepsake afterward. Each cutout ships with a handle that has double-sided tape pre-applied on one side: just peel the lining and stick the handle to the back. (Handles ship unattached.)

Printed, cut, and shipped fast from our San Diego, CA studio.

Sizing & photo tips

Available in 10", 14", 18", and 23" — measured on the longest side. Most face photos are measured top to bottom; pets with wide faces may be measured left to right. Photos with a lot of hair, hats, or beards can appear a little smaller at the same size than faces with short hair, since more of the height goes to non-face detail.

For the best result, upload the highest-resolution, clearest, most front-facing photo you have — phone photos work great as long as they're not blurry. We handle the background and sizing from there.

Good to know

• Ships with handles unattached (peel-and-stick, quick to assemble).
• Want to check your cutout before printing? Request a proof at checkout. Note that proofs add a step — delays in approving your proof may push your ship date.
