Custom Logo Cutouts on a Stick, Branded Props for Events
Put your brand in every photo. Custom logo cutouts turn your logo, mascot, or campaign artwork into a giant die-cut prop on a stick that attendees actually pick up and pose with. Upload your file, and we print, cut, and mount it into a lightweight, durable prop that looks sharp on the floor and sharper in the photos people post. Also known as branded photo booth props, promotional cutouts, logo signs on a stick, or custom shape cutouts.
Built for promotional events
Custom logo cutouts earn their keep at:
- Product launches and launch parties, where a five foot logo does more than a table sign ever will
- Conventions and trade shows, to pull traffic to your booth and travel home flat in a case
- Corporate events, sales kickoffs, and company parties
- Brand activations and photo booths, so your logo rides along in every picture guests post
- Grand openings and ribbon cuttings
- Conferences, sponsor lounges, and exhibitor halls
- Campaign rallies, nonprofit galas, and fundraisers
- School spirit sections, mascots, and booster clubs
Outfitting a booth, a team, or a multi-city tour? Logo cutouts are made for it. One design or a dozen, in any quantity, with volume discounts as you add copies. Need something outside the standard options? Request a quote and we'll work it out with you.
Why a cutout instead of a sign
A logo printed on a rectangle is a sign. A logo cut to its own outline is a brand that showed up. Signs get looked at. Props get held, and the person holding yours is photographing it, posting it, and handing it to the next person. That is the whole difference, and it comes down to the cut.
They also travel like nothing else in your booth kit. Heavyweight paper is light enough to ship flat to a venue, cheap enough to hand out, and sturdy enough to come back out of the case at the next stop on the tour.
How it's made
Our logo cutouts are printed on heavyweight coated paper and precision digital die-cut, so they're lightweight and durable, sturdy enough to last a full event and reuse at the next one. Each cutout ships with a handle that has double-sided tape pre-applied on one side. Just peel the lining and stick the handle to the back. (Handles ship unattached.)

Artwork and sizing tips
Available in 10", 14", 18", and 23", measured on the longest side. That measurement matters more for logos than it does for faces:
- Horizontal wordmarks measure across. A 23" wordmark is 23" wide but may only be a few inches tall, which reads far smaller on a show floor than people expect.
- Square icons, badges, and stacked lockups fill the whole size. If you want presence in a hall, use the stacked or badge version from your brand files rather than the horizontal lockup.
- For booths and large venues, 18" and 23" read from across the room. The 10" and 14" sizes are easier to hand out in volume and hold for a full event.
For the best result:
- Send vector if you have it. An AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG scales to any size with perfectly clean edges. If all you have is raster, send the largest, highest-resolution version.
- Transparent backgrounds help. A logo on a transparent background cuts cleanly to its shape. A logo sitting on a white box will cut as a box unless we know otherwise.
- Skip the website grab. A logo pulled off your own site or lifted from a slide deck is usually far too small to print at 23". Ask whoever holds your brand files for the original.
Working to brand guidelines? Request a proof and we'll show you exactly how your file will print and cut before it goes to production.
Good to know
- Ships with handles unattached (peel-and-stick, quick to assemble).
- Any artwork works. Logos, mascots, monograms, hashtags, speech bubbles, illustrations, custom shapes. If you can send the file, we can cut it.
- You'll need the rights to what you upload. Send your own brand's artwork, or artwork you have permission to print.
- Ordering for an event date? Request a proof at checkout if brand accuracy matters, and build in time for it. Proofs add a step, and delays approving yours will push your ship date.
