Getting the best photo of your pet

The photo wraps around the full cone, so a clear, front-facing headshot prints best.

• Get down to their level. A photo taken at eye height reads better than one shot from above.
• Front facing, with both eyes visible. Profiles lose the expression that makes these work.
• Light matters most for dark fur. Black, chocolate, and dark brindle coats lose detail in dim rooms. Shoot near a window or outdoors.
• Close up, with the face filling the frame. Full body and action shots leave the face too small to read once it's wrapped around a cone.
• Hold a treat above the camera if you need your dog looking forward.

High-resolution photos print best. Phone photos work well as long as they're clear and not blurry.

Ready to wear out of the box

Every hat arrives fully assembled with the elastic chin strap already installed. No folding, taping, or building. Open the box and hand them out.

How they're made

Custom party hats are printed on sturdy card stock with a professional matte finish and hold their cone shape through an event. Each hat measures 7" tall and 4.5" in diameter, with an elastic chin strap to keep it in place.

Good to know

• Sized for people. These are party hats for your guests, printed with your pet's face. They aren't made to fit a dog or a cat.
• One design per set. All hats in a set use the same pattern and personalization. Sets can't be split between designs, so if you have two dogs and want both, add a separate set for each.
• Any pet works. If you have a clear photo of it, we can put it on a hat.
• Fully assembled and ready to wear the moment they arrive.
