How they're made

Custom party hats are printed on sturdy card stock with a professional matte finish and hold their cone shape well throughout an event. Each hat measures 7" tall and 4.5" in diameter, with an elastic chin strap to keep it securely in place during the festivities. Designed for party wear and durable enough to last the whole celebration.

• One design per set: all hats in a set use the same pattern and personalization. Sets can't be split between different designs, so if you're ordering different faces, add a separate set for each design.
• Best photo: a clear, front-facing headshot prints best, since the image wraps around the cone.
