Great customer service and fantastic product! The shop is extremely prompt in their communication and were able to incorporate all of my ideas with zero fuss. The hats are also really good quality with durable materials. We transported them to multiple places and they still look like new. My only issue was that the elastic around the chin is a little tight, but that did not detract much from the fun they brought to the party!

The hats were cute, and a big hit. Shipping was fast. My issue was that the photo head on the hats we received was very tiny, making the image hard to see. The photos of the hats in the sample ad show the head blown up large. I wish I had been given a proof first or that I was contacted about it by the seller.

All parts of this transaction were excellent. I love the party hats! Would totally buy again.
